Something to be proud of....

During these testing times its really important to hear nice things, have appreciation and to know you have done a good job. I was really chuffed to get this following feedback from a family on Friday, only a few hours after leading a ceremony for their Father. It made me feel proud of what I do and to know I am making a difference.
