Celebrating Mothers...not just for a day

Mothering Sunday can be a very emotional day for Mothers and Children around the World. For some its a raw and harsh reminder that they no longer have their Mum to spoil and celebrate the day with, as they are bereaving. Not all Mothers will be adorned with flowers and gifts, if their children are not alive or in contact. For others it can be difficult relationships or distance ( as for a lot of families at the moment). Whatever your situation just thinking about the special relationship and how your Mother has impacted on you is perhaps enough. Some Women who are not Mothers may also find the day a challenge. It is a loaded occasion.

We don't need ONE DAY to celebrate Mothers - its when it feels right for us.
